| Elite was founded several years ago by Tim Zipsie
who has over 20 years of restoration, construction and business
experience. His vision and passion has contributed to Elite being one of the
most respected companies in the Midwest. |

located in Oak Brook, IL. Our market area
encompasses a radius of approximately 200 miles with a population of over 3.5
million. We have developed a strong reputation for honesty and quality
workmanship, and have developed and maintained excellent relationships with our
industry. |

restoration industry. We continue to develop efficient and effective operation
procedures, destined to greatly increase the level and scale of property
restoration services currently available. Our team of experts provide services

certified in many areas of cleaning and restoration. We also provide training
and educational presentations for insurance professional in the area of Mode
Remediation, Water Extraction, and Smoke and Order Removal. |
