Tim has over 20 years of restoration and construction expertise. In 2000, he established Elite. Today it is one of the most dominant organizations in the marketplace. Tim has used his talents and foresight to build the following team:
Jody Bond – Senior Estimator
Jody has fifteen years of experience in the restoration industry working the residential, commercial and institutional areas. He has two formal college degrees: one degree in building construction technology and one in construction management. Jody also has attended many industry training seminars pertaining to the many phases of restoration.
Holly Rasmussen – Estimator
As the newest member of the Elite family, Holly brings ten successful years of restoration expertise in the field of emergency services, personal property, and construction. Holly is a contributing member to Elite’s restoration seminars conducted for agents and adjusters in the insurance industry. She also has a degree in business.
