Timothy Zipsie
Owner/President
Tim founded Elite in 2001 on the principles of quality workmanship and excellent service. He has over 30 years experience in the disaster restoration and construction industry. Under Tim's leadership, Elite has excelled as an industry leader and has earned and maintained an A+ rating with the BBB!Barbara Zipsie
Secretary/Treasurer
Barbara started with Elite in 2003. She is an integral part of the office staff here at Elite and is dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our customers.
Rachel Palkovics
Manager
Rachel has been with Elite since day one. She manages the office and staff on a daily basis, making sure Elite runs like a well-oiled construction machine. She also oversees the accounting department and handles customer service. Her knowledge of the business and office procedures makes her an irreplaceable part of our team.
Paul Grossi
Sr- VP of Operations/Senior Estimator
Paul came to Elite in 2008. He brings over 35 years of reconstruction restoration and consulting experience to our staff. He has extensive experience with both commercial and residential large losses and his unparalleled knowledge of the industry is an invaluable asset to our team. His excellent customer service skills make him a preferred choice for many insurance and industry professionals.
Paul Grossi, Jr.
Senior Estimator
Paul also started with Elite in 2008. He adds over 25 years experience in the fire and flood restoration estimating profession to our staff. He has extensive experience with both commercial and residential losses and his vast experience in property appraisals and evaluation is a welcome asset to our team.
Debra Walker
Senior Estimator
Debra has been with Elite for 2 years, but before joining our team, she had been working in the restoration and construction industry for over 15 years. Her focuses on fire damage, water mitigation, and mold remediation and experience with peril damaged contents, content restoration, and odor removal makes her a very valuable part of our Elite team. She also has several certifications under her belt such as OSHA, and Xactimate 25.
Steven Pagano
Project Manager/Supervisor
Before coming to Elite in 2004, Steve had previously owned and operated a remodeling business for 18 years. He was an easy choice as Project Manager. He has over 35 years of construction experience, including a 3-year apprenticeship for drywall after which he became a journeyman and drywall taper. He also has approximately 4 years experience as a multi-task carpenter and 12 years experience as a project manager. Overall, he has been in the field of fire and flood restoration for 16 years now and is an essential part of our project management team.
Daniel Emmerich
Project Manager
Dan Emmerich has been a senior project manager with Elite since 2006. He has been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years. Dan specializes in the insurance restoration industry, in the residential, commercial and industrial fields. He enjoys helping our clients get back into their home or business as quickly as possible. There is no job too small or too big that he can't handle with ease. He is an integral part of our construction management team.
